- Can you talk about what you really want?
- Can you keep showing up even when you feel afraid?
This is thought work.
Thought work means
learning how to think clearly,
understand your feelings, and
make choices that match the life you want.
It’s not about pretending everything is easy.
It’s not about being positive all the time.
It’s about building the strength to handle challenges without losing yourself.
Because every big dream comes with hard feelings:
